Introduced hydraulic axles for the movement of heavy cargo for the first time in India.

First in Multimodal Logistics
Introduced the concept of multimodal logistics to India, by handling reactors from Trichy by rail to Mumbai, barging from Mumbai to Karwar and then road transport from Karwar to Kaiga.

Port CFS Containerised Cargo
Responsible for the handling of all CFS based containerised cargo at J.N. Port, Mumbai.

Received Exim Star Award for "C&F agent of the year".

First project in Sri Lanka: the Sapugaskanda Power Project Phase 1. Handled the heaviest diesel engine to land in Sri Lanka.

Imported self-propelled axles for the first time into India.

Transported India's heaviest equipment, weighing 1500 tonnes.

Customs Bonded Warehouse
Operated the first private sector customs bonded warehouse in Mumbai.

Entry into the real estate business.
Opening of The Acres Club, Mumbai's premier private club and family leisure centre.

A First in Marine Transportation
Transported the longest column (103m) from India to Al Jubail in Saudi Arabia by barge and tug.

Launch of The Acres
The Acres – the first-of-its-kind private club in Eastern Mumbai is launched, followed by the first branded hotel in eastern Mumbai.

Award for Slum Rehabilitation
Award received from Smt. Sonia Gandhi for construction of more than 100 buildings in a record time for Chembur-Slum Rehabilitation Housing Project (MMRDA) in Mumbai.

Real Estate Project in Sri Lanka
Launch of Atlantis Developments, the first major real estate project to be announced in Sri Lanka after the end of the Civil War.

Heaviest Equipment Transport
Transported heaviest equipment (3000 tonnes) for Maersk Oil, Qatar.

Heavy Lift Mover of the Year
Won the All India Maritime & Logistics Award for heavy lift mover of the year, awarded by Exim. Also won this award for two subsequent years.
